The beginner course for the summer of 2026 begins on 17th of May, and it is held in the Vallila and Kannelm\u00e4ki Dojo<\/em>s. You can also join on the fly at any part of the course before it ends at the end of June. The beginner course consists of the basic techniques of the Bujinkan from the point of view of self defense. These include strikes, kicks, locks, falls and throws. The course is held as part of regular training, so you'll also have the opportunity to experience the more advanced techniques and themes of Bujinkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The age limit for the course is 15 years and up. You can also take a friend with you to the course, free of charge!<\/p>\n\n\n\n TEACHERS:<\/strong> Sensei<\/em>s Semi Malinen and Jouni Laitinen, with the combined experience of over 70 years Bujin Ry's junior practice start on 10th of May, and will be held every sunday from thereon, at 5:00pm to 6:30pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The junior practice sessions end on 14th of June. The Autumn season will be informed about before the last practice session of the summer.
